Shipping Information - 100% Satisfaction is our Goal!

I.  At Office Decor and More, we ship items all over the country on a daily basis.  All items are boxed securely for transport and are finished and ready to display out of the box.  Minimal shaping may be required for some items.

II.  In general, items that are 6' and shorter will be shipped via UPS.  Items 7' and taller will generally be shipped using a Common Carrier Freight Trucking (semi-truck) service. 

Special notes for items over 7': All freight items 7' and over may be subject to extra shipping charges.  Shipping quotes are based on a commercial address delivery.  All residential deliveries are subject to residential surcharges from the freight company.  

All freight charges are estimates only.  Actual freight charges will be applied to the order.  Adjustments will be made to the order when freight bill has been received. 

III.  Our typical lead time to ship items is 7-14 days.  Items should arrive to their destination within 3 weeks.  If you are experiencing a delay for your shipment, please contact our customer service personnel at 1-800-303-1380 ext. 219 for assistance.  Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.  Or you can e-mail us from the contact us page.

Please note:  All freight values are an estimate.  Actual shipping charges are the customers responsibility. 

1.  Your order may be shipped in separate packages.
2.  Shipping or Customer Pickup is from 3101 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 only.
3.  In-transit damage claims must be made directly with the common carrier.
4.  Freight charges for "Truck" deliveries are based on a single item being shipped.  If multiple truck items are being shipped on the same order the freight cost may be reduced.  If needed, please use the Contact Us form to request a freight estimate on your order. 
6.  Freight charges for "Truck" deliveries are based on delivery to a commercial address.  If the address is a residential area, additional freight cost will be due.
7.  Standard delivery is either UPS - United Parcel Services ground service for small package delivery or a Common Carrier Freight Company for larger items. 
8.  Please note: expected shipment times appearing in the item descriptions specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at it's finial shipping destination.  Delivery times vary according to method of shipment and location of the shipping address.
