It is our policy to carry only the best products.  Before your order is shipped, it is inspected to make sure that it is what you ordered.  If you are not satisfied, you may return any un-used complete merchandise for a refund or credit within 5 business days of obtaining return authorization.  You must obtain return authorization within 2 business days of receipt of the product.  Full refund return claims after 2 business days will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and the refund balance will be for company credit only.  We ask that you notify us before you return the item by calling 1-800-303-1380 ext. 219 to receive authorization and return instructions.  Return Authorizations are only valid 10 days from the reciept of your order.  Any return received after 10 days from the date of your return authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the balance of the credit will be for company credit only. 

If you are missing items from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise.  No shortage claim after 48 hours will be honored.  Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from delivery location. 

All special orders and custom orders can not be returned.
